Who are
we looking for?

Successful partnerships are built on a shared vision and values, aligned with complementary skills. For that reason, we don’t partner with just any new Registered Manager.

We’re looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing high performing, Ofsted Outstanding or Good, financially viable and sustainable therapeutic services for children and young people in foster care. As a minimum, you will be an experienced Registered Manager within an established independent or local authority fostering service, interested in partnering with us and having an equity in this unique group model.
This is a fantastic opportunity for accomplished Registered Managers. We have a strong foundation for you to build on, following many years in the sector and significant investment in this partnership model. You will bring a track record of delivering and sustaining the highest quality safeguarding, protection, trauma informed care and provision for looked after children.
These roles require standout candidates with strong experience and expertise in actively listening to the voice of children, young people and foster carers and putting this at the heart of service priorities and delivery.
