We will build brand awareness for our regional services under the framework of a shared group structure.

Giving new Regional Managers the tools, systems and support to implement realistic and achievable plans, ensuring smart financial management decisions, safely maximising the potential of your new regional therapeutic fostering service.

Supporting the new Regional Managers to tailor outstanding bespoke therapeutic training and development programmes to their new service, fully aligned to their career pathway and personal development plan.

Working together to access bespoke regulatory, marketing, finance and operational platforms from the ground up to ensure regulatory compliance, efficient operations, bespoke monitoring and QA processes, ensuring outcomes, auditing and evidence-based processes.

Development of a national database of key decision makers who require therapeutic and/or parent and child fostering in your region. We will assist with centralised strategic support and participation with contracts, tendering and partnership meetings with detailed research and analysis to better understand local needs, dynamics and regional service requirements.

We will provide access to a range of shared resources, systems and facilities, ensuring consistent working practices across the group.
